There are various forms of fisheries activities in Indonesia, one of which is aquaculture using cage systems. One of the villages that implemented the cage system was in Mojokerto, precisely in Kauman Hamlet, Bangsal Village, Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency. The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the amount of fees and revenues received by fish farmers per production at the Sami Rukun Circle, (2) To find out the amount of income received by fish farmers per production at the Sami Rukun Circle, (3) Analyzing the development strategy of the fish cage system business in the Sami Rukun Circle of Friends. The method of determining the location purposively. The method of determining the sample uses a census method, which is that all populations are made as respondents of 99 people. Data collection methods consist of primary and secondary. Data analysis method uses cost analysis, acceptance analysis, income analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are the total costs incurred by the Association for 8 periods of Rp. 62,495,986.00. The total revenue received amounted to Rp 125,228,000.00, and the total income earned was Rp 62,732,014.00. The strategy used is S-O, which is to raise the selling price of fish while maintaining quality or even by improving the quality of fish, so that the community will obtain permanent consumers and even get new consumers.
