For years it has been present in certain regions for what is classified as enzootic. Avian influenza has become in a few years in a disease with a greater spread across the borders of countries where it was considered exotic, putting at risk entire countries in the livestock sector, to manifest with subtypes that are unstable in terms of their virulence and its spread, have caused millionaire losses, by the sacrifice of whole flocks and the consequent reduction of the products that they would obtain, adding to these effects the commercial closure and dependence on other products so that their people continue to consume a food of exceptional and economic nutritious quality, to these inconveniences it has been added another one that due to its transcendence must be attended with particular interests and speed, since the safety of the health of a population can be at serious risk. It is the case that could now occur by avian influenza, which has been detected in different areas worldwide and which has been attributed the ability to affect the human being with fatal results as reported by some sources and means Communication. There are viral groups that by their action are producers of respiratory diseases and that by their signology can be called "avian flu", that is where the confusion of the media lies because not all viruses that produce "flu" affect all living things.
