Toplotne izgube in analiza stroškov izvedbe izolacije toplotnih mostov in stavbnega pohištva

Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na tri dele. V prvih dveh delih se osredotočimo na poglavje gradbene fizike, v katerem obravnavamo področja toplotne prevodnosti in toplotnih mostov. V tretjem delu naloge pa se osredotočimo na izračun stroškov izolacije toplotnih mostov okrog stavbnega pohištva. Izračuni, ki smo jih izvedli, so narejeni na podlagi dvostanovanjske hiše, katera ima določene specifične karakteristike, zato so sami izračuni toplotnih prevodnosti in toplotnih mostov pri določenih konstrukcijskih sistemih kompleksnejši. Pri določenih izračunih smo v nalogi uporabili program HT Flux, ki je namenjen področju gradbene fizike. Z izračuni smo želeli ugotoviti količino prenosa toplote skozi konstrukcijske sisteme ter vpliv toplotnih mostov glede na različne tipe stavbnega pohištva in različne postavitve stavbnega pohištva v špaleti. V poglavju stroškov smo se opredelili na stroške materiala ter stroške storitev pri stavbnem pohištvu. Ovrednotili in izračunali smo stroške izvedbe izolacije toplotnih mostov okrog stavbnega pohištva glede na tri različne postavitve in tri različne materiale le tega. Pri dobljenih končnih rezultatih smo ugotovili, katera postavitev v špaleti in material stavbnega pohištva povzročita potencialnemu kupcu najnižje stroške. Prav tako smo podali končno porabo energije v kurilni sezoni glede na najugodnejši koeficient H_t. Master thesis is divided into three parts. In first two parts we discuss the heat losses in building including thermal bridges, while in the third part we study the expenses of the fenestrations and thermal insulation set up around the fenestration. All calculations are done on a specific residential building with two residential units. We investigated the influence of the thermal bridges, different types of fenestrations and different set up of fenestration on a total heat losses of building. The study of expenses includes the study of material and service costs as well as heating costs. We evaluated and calculated the costs of insulating the thermal bridges around fenestration, according to the three different types of layouts and materials.
