description Življenje se nenehno spreminja na vseh ravneh in spremembe so edina stalnica v njem. Spremembe ne prizanašajo nikjer in dobro je, da se tega zavedamo in imamo posluh zanje, predvsem za tiste, ki so za nas dobre in prispevajo k pozitivnemu učinku na enem ali več življenjskih področjih. To vključuje tudi poslovni svet ter svet vodenja manjših podjetij, velikih korporacij in multinacionalk ter tudi vsakovrstno vodenje v širšem smislu. Seveda pa se vse najprej prične pri vodenju samih sebe. Če sami sebe ne znamo voditi, sprejemati in ozaveščati svojih čustev, ugotavljati kdo smo in kam smo namenjeni, se spraševati o svojem smislu, biti zavestni in prisotni ter delovati za širši smisel celotne človeške skupnosti, kako bi lahko potemtakem vodili tudi druge? Potrebna je dovzetnost za drugačne načine vodenja, ki vključujejo še kaj več kot zgolj tradicionalne doktrine, po katerih se je delovalo v preteklosti in se v mnogih primerih dogaja tudi danes. Vse te stare paradigme vodenja, je že zdavnaj povozil čas in prihaja vse več priložnosti, da se izkažemo kot srčni voditelji, ki s svojim prispevkom spreminjajo sebe in tudi svet v katerem delujemo. V še vedno pretežno moško naravnani kulturi in delovanju ter tudi vodenju (tekmovalnost, fokusiranost, moč, oblast, analitičnost …) po vsem svetu, pa korenito potrebujemo tudi ženski princip delovanja in vodenja (sprejemanje, sočutje, toplino, intuitivnost, skrb …) Ker le eno z drugim, z moškim in ženskim principom z roko v roki, lahko delujemo celovito. Pri vse tem pa ima veliko vlogo, če ne celo največjo, ravno zavedanje smisla uporabnosti duhovne inteligence, ki nam na vseh ravneh bivanja pomaga, da postajamo iz dneva v dan boljše različice sebe. Life is constantly changing in all areas and the changes are the only regularity. Changes do not spare anyone so it is good to be aware of this and develop awareness for them, especially for those that benefit us in a positive way in one or more areas of our lives. This includes the professional world and the world of leading smaller companies, big corporations and multinationals, as well as every day running of lives in the general sense. Of course every first step needs to be taken by ourselves. If we do not know how to lead ourselves, be aware and accept our emotions, guess who we are and where we are heading, search for our purpose and be aware of our existence, presence and importance for the humanity as a whole how can we then lead others? Susceptibility is key for other forms of guidance, ones that include a bit more than the traditional doctrines that were followed in the past and are in many cases still considered today. All these old forms of guidance have been run over by time and there are more and more opportunities to prove ourselves as leaders who change themselves and the world they live in with their contributions. In a still predominantly male culture, functioning and leadership (competitively, focusing, power, authority, analytics …) all over the globe we also desperately need the female principle of functioning and leadership (acceptance, compassion, warmth, care, initiative …) Because only one with the other with a man and a woman hand in hand can we function as a whole. With all this a very big role, if not the biggest is the awareness of the sense of using emotional intelligence which assists us with all levels of existence that we become better different selves every day.
