Summary:Za uspeh današnjih podjetij je zelo pomembna primerna organizacijska struktura, dober management oziroma vodstvo, etično in moralno poslovanje, kultura v podjetju, verodostojnost ter politika podjetja, pri kateri ločimo vizijo, poslanstvo, temeljne cilje in smotre. Etika, morala in kultura so pomembne sestavine, saj so ključne za dobro počutje zaposlenih v in izven podjetja ter na splošno za njeno moralno in etično delovanje. Vsako podjetje ima vzpostavljeno svojo politiko podjetja, ki jo oblikuje najvišje vodstvo oz. lastniki podjetja z namenom, da podjetje postane bolj prepoznavno, da je bolj odgovorno, da sami procesi znotraj podjetja potekajo lažje in nemoteno. Preden se politika ustvari in realizira, treba narediti veliko raziskav in analiz samega podjetja ter okolja, v katerem je podjetje, da bi se lažje sestavila in kasneje tudi vodila ter uresničila. Velikokrat pa pride do nesoglasij med zapisano politiko, etiko in izvajanjem dejavnosti podjetja. V tem primeru, kadar podjetje ne deluje po etičnih in ostalih načelih, lahko pride do izgube zaupanja odjemalcev, slabšega položaja na trgu in padec podjetja. Zaradi naštetih razlogov je vedno treba upoštevati svojo politiko, ki si jo podjetje zastavi ter delovati etično v svojem okolju. For modern companies to succeed, it is very important to have an established organizational structure, good management, ethical and moral behaviour, culture, credibility and policy which consists of vision, mission and main goals. Ethics, morals and a good culture within the company is necessary for the wellbeing of the participants of the company and that the company’s business is ethical. Every company has its own policy which the upper management makes, so the company can be more successful, recognizable and that the processes within the company are executed without fail. Before the policy is found and established, it is critical, that the company and its environment are analysed, so that the policy can be successfully made and realised. In a lot of cases the combination of the policy and the ethics of the company is not in surge with the business itself. If that happens, there is a chance that the customers will not have any faith left in the company, it will perform badly on the market and the company itself can fall. Because of those reasons, it is very important to follow the policy which the company has chosen and that the company is ethical and moral.
