Summary:V okviru magistrskega dela smo obravnavali vlogo managementa v zaposlovanju. Kadrovsko-managerska funkcija ima osrednjo vlogo pri zaposlovanju, saj zagotavlja pogoje za ustreznejše delovanje podjetja oz. organizacije. Raziskovalno področje magistrskega dela zajema management poslovnih procesov, samo vlogo zaposlenih v organizacijah, zaposlovanje mladih v podjetjih (njihov položaj ter brezposelnost) in pa usposabljanje mladih na primeru podjetja BTC d.d. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili management poslovnih procesov in izhodišča za obravnavo poslovnih procesov v podjetju BTC d.d. Management poslovnih procesov vključuje tudi vlogo managerjev, njihovo delo in naloge. Opredelili smo tudi vlogo zaposlenih v organizacijah. To poglavje zajema značilnosti sodobnih organizacij, zaposlene, delovno okolje in delovni čas, pripadnost zaposlenih organizaciji ter njihova vloga in učečo se organizacijo. Osrednji del magistrskega dela predstavlja zaposlovanje mladih v podjetjih. V tem poglavju izpostavimo položaj mladih na trgu dela v Sloveniji in Evropi, ter brezposelnost. Pomembno vlogo v tem poglavju igrajo tudi kadrovski strokovnjaki. V empiričnem delu smo preučili usposabljanje mladih na primeru podjetja BTC d.d. Zanimalo nas je mnenje mladih zaposlenih v družbi BTC d.d. v zvezi z usposabljanji in mnenje njihove kadrovske službe. Mlade v podjetju BTC d.d. vidijo kot gonilno silo napredka v najširšem možnem smislu. Kot pravijo sami, so edina starejša generacija v zgodovini naše civilizacije, ki se uči od mlajših. Rezultati so pokazali, da podjetje BTC d.d. stavi veliko na mlade zaposlene. Tako z vidika zaposlovanja, kakor z vidika usposabljanja. Skuša tudi zmanjšati brezposelnost mladih in jim daje nove priložnosti. This master's thesis explores the role of management in the recruitment and hiring process. The main role in the process of hiring new employees is assigned to a personnel department and a manager, since they provide the conditions which are best suited to the needs of the company. The master's thesis thereore focuses on business process management, the role of employees and their position in companies, their unemployment and also on training at the BTC d.d. company. The theoretical part discusses the concept of business process management and provides the starting points for the analysis. Business process management at the BTC d.d. company combines the roles of managers, their work and assignments. The roles of employees in different organisations are also explained. This chapter explores the structures and typical characteristics of contemporary organisations, employees, working environment and working hours, affilation of employess to organisation and their role it also examines the role played by learning organisations. Hiring young emoloyees in companies represents the central part of this master's thesis. The position of young employees in the labor market of Slovenia and Europe is foregorunded, while their unempolyment and the role played by the personnel department is also discussed in detail. The empirical part explores the training of young employees in the case of the BTC d.d. company. The main point of interest is the perceptions and opinions of both young employees as well as personnel departments. They see young employees in a company as a driving force of progress in the widest possible sense. They also consider themselves to be the only older generation in the history of civilization that is willing to learn from young people. The findings show that companies put young employees in the forefront both from hiring point of view and also from the training point of view. The BTC d.d. company also strives to reduce unemployment of young people by providing new business opportunities.
