Logistiki, notranjemu transportu in skladiščenju včasih ne izkazujemo dovolj velikega pomena, saj mislimo, da lahko procesi sami tečejo enako dobro. Vendar temu še zdaleč ni tako. Logistika, notranji transport in skladiščenje so v vsakem procesu izredno pomembni, saj nam pomagajo pri časovnih in finančnih prihrankih. Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati in predstaviti proces skladiščenja in notranjega transporta na lokaciji Litostrojska, poiskati probleme, s katerimi se srečujemo, ter zanje poiskati najboljše možne rešitve tako za zaposlene kot za skladišče. Z odpravo teh težav bomo izboljšali proces skladiščenja in tako pripomogli k časovnemu in stroškovnemu prihranku. The importance of logistics, internal transport and warehousing is often underestimated, since there is a common belief that the processes don't need any control or improvements even though that is not the case. Logistics, internal transport and warehousing are crucial factors in the supply chain management and reflect on time and cost savings. The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate and introduce the process of warehousing and internal transport on the Litostrojska location, identify the problems we are facing and find the best possible solutions for employees and the warehouse site itself. By eliminating these problems, we expect to improve the process of warehousing and contribute to time and cost savings.
