Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj novega izdelka od same ideje pa vse do končnega razvoja novega izdelka. Problemi v podjetjih se kažejo v premalem sodelovanju tehnične, kot tudi ekonomske stroke v podjetju pri razvijanju novih izdelkov. V ta namen sem v diplomi teoretično prikazal možnost sodelovanja področij analize koristnosti in projektnega managementa pri sami ocenitvi in izboru najboljše ideje s pomočjo Combinex metode in primerjavo izvedbe analize koristnosti po domači literaturi in metodo Nutzwertanalyse, ki jo uporabljajo v Nemčiji. This graduation thesis treats the comprehensive product development process from the conception of a new product until its completion. The problems companies currently frequently face concerning the development of new products emanate from inefficient cooperation between the internal technical and economic departments. In this regard, the graduation thesis features a theoretically outlined cooperation approach between utility analysis and project management throughout the process of assessing and selecting the best idea based on the Combinex method. In addition, the graduation thesis also features a comparison of the Combinex method with method referred to as the "Nutzwertanalyse" (cost utility analysis), which is applied in Germany.
