Summary:V diplomskem delu smo v uvodu predstavili problem spolnega nadlegovanja na delovnem mestu in predstavili podjetje TEKSTIL d.d. V nadaljevanju smo z anketo raziskali, ali problem spolnega nadlegovanja na delovnem mestu v obravnavanem podjetju obstaja in če, kako se nanj odziva okolje. V teoretičnem delu smo nadaljevali in predstavili definicijo spolnega nadlegovanja, ki je kakršna koli oblika nezaželenega verbalnega in neverbalnega ali fizičnega ravnanja spolne narave z učinkom ali namenom prizadeti dostojanstvo osebe, zlasti ko gre za ustvarjanje zastraševalnega, sovražnega, ponižujočega delovnega okolja. Hkrati pa smo v teoretičnem delu tudi ugotovili, da so žrtve v večini ženske, čeprav tudi moški niso izjeme, kakor tudi ne druge rasne skupine, homoseksualci in lezbijke. Posledice spolnega nadlegovanja pa ima, kot smo ugotovili, lahko resne posledice tako v organizaciji sami (izguba dobrega kadra in slaba uspešnost podjetja), kot tudi pri posamezniku (psihološke in fizične posledice). Najboljši ukrep zoper spolno nadlegovanje je, da o njem spregovorimo, bodisi s sodelavci, bodisi z vodstvom. Če na problem ne opozorimo, verjetno ne bo niti opažen. V empiričnem delu smo preko ankete, ki nam jo je izpolnilo 40 anonimnih anketirancev, zaposlenih v podjetju TEKSTIL d.d., ugotovili, da spolno nadlegovanje na delovnem mestu žal v naši organizaciji obstaja in da je najbolj pogosto spolno nadlegovanje nezaželjeno objemanje. Anketa pa je obenem pokazala, da je poznavanje pojma spolno nadlegovanje in kaj vse slednje pomeni, slabo. V mnogo primerih pa opažamo, da je marsikatero spolno nadlegovanje oz. napeljevanje mišljeno kot samoumevno, pa to še zdaleč ne drži. Namen oz. cilj diplomske naloge je bil dosežen, ko smo predstavili problem spolnega nadlegovanja na delovnem mestu in preko ankete ozavestili ljudi, da problem nadlegovanja žal obstaja. Poleg tega smo dali zaposlenim vedeti, da spolno nadlegovanje ne pomeni le vsiljenega spolnega odnosa oz. nagovarjanja k le-temu, temveč sodi pod ta pojem še mnogo drugega. The consequences of sexual harassment has, as we found could have serious consequences for both the organization itself (the loss of good staff and the poor performance of the company), as well as the individual (psychological and physical). The best measure is that it is necessary to respond to sexual harassment that talk about the problem with the staff or management. If the problem does not warn, it probably will not even notice. In the empirical part through surveys that we've filled out an anonymous employee company TEKSTIL d.d. Ljubljana, to the extent of 40 respondents checked that sexual harassment in the workplace, unfortunately, in our organization exists, and that is the most frequent sexual harassment, unwanted hugging. The survey has also revealed that awareness of the concept of sexual harassment and what falls under this concept, bad. The purpose or aim of the thesis was made when we presented the problem of sexual harassment in the workplace and through surveys, create awareness that, unfortunately, the problem of harassment exists.
