ZNAČILNOSTI CONSKEGA IN KOMBINIRANEGA BRANJENJA PRI ROKOMETU

Zapletena športna panoga, imenovana rokomet, velja za eno izmed najhitrejših ekipnih iger. Na igrišču si nasproti stojita dve moštvi, vsako šteje sedem igralcev, tj. šest plus vratar, cilj igre pa je čim večkrat zatresti mrežo nasprotnika. V dveh delih igre, z eno pavzo, se prepletajo najrazličnejši elementi, ki jih igralci morajo obvladati, če želijo odigrati uspešno igro in na koncu zmagati. Strukturo igre lahko razdelimo na fazo obrambe in fazo napada, obrambo pa najpogosteje delimo na osebno, consko in kombinirano. Prav vsak od teh načinov obrambe je pomemben, tako na primer uporabljamo osebno branjenje za učenje na treningih pri mladostnikih, consko in kombinirano pa bolj v praksi, v sami igri, kjer si izurjeni igralci medsebojno pomagajo in tako z različnimi tehnikami branijo svoj prostor pred golom. Complicated sports branch, named handball, is considered to be one of the fastest team games. Two opposing teams stand on the handball court, each including seven players, six players and a goalkeeper. The goal of the game is to score as many goals as possible. In the two parts of the game, with one timeout, a wide variety of elements intertwine, which players must master if they want to play a successful game and finally win. The structure of the game can be divided into the defense phase and the attack phase. Defense is frequently divided into personal, zone and combined. Each of these methods of defense is important, for example, we use a personal defense when learning and training adolescents, zone in combined defense when actually playing the game, where trained players assist each other and thus with different techniques defend their space before the goal
