V diplomskem seminarju smo opredelili celovite informacijske rešitve oz. kratico ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning. ERP omogoča v podjetjih možnost povezave med procesi in podatki v en sam enoten sistem, kajti večinoma ti sistemi uporabljajo enotno bazo za shranjevanje različnih podatkov, ki jih podjetje rabi. Naredili smo podrobno primerjavo obeh rešitev in ugotovili, da sta si po strukturi precej podobni, kljub temu pa najdemo razlike v delovanju in obliki ter v sami strukturi. Razlike med rešitvama sta, da je Microsoft Dynamics NAV od tujega ponudnika, Pantheon pa od domačega. Obe rešitvi podpirata večjezičnost, namenjeni sta malim in srednjim ter velikim podjetjem, imata enkraten vnos podatkov,sta prilagodljivi in ponujata podporo ter pomoč. Pri uvajanju Microsoft Dynamics NAV se uporablja metodologija Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step, ki vključuje določene smernice, strategije projektnega managementa, predloge in orodja. Pantheon pa ima metodologijo uvajanja, tako imenovano projektno vodenje. The comprehensive information solutions or ERP – Enterprise Resource Planing – has been defined in this seminar paper. In enterprises erp makes possible the conection between processes and datas into one unified/single system, for mostly these systems use the unified/single base for preserving different datas which are needed for enterprise. The fully comparison of both solutions has been done and we found out that they are pretty much alike in their structure, but there are differences in function, form and structure. These differences are: Microsoft Dynamics NAV is from foreign provider, pantheon is from local provider. Both solutions are multilingual and are designed for small, medium and large enterprises, have one-time datas input, are adaptable and they offer support and help. The Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methodology is used in the introduction of microsoft dynamics nav, which includes specific guidelines, the strategy of the project management, source material and tools. Pantheon has a deployment methodology, so called project management.
