description V času gospodarske krize in vse večje konkurence so se tudi podjetja začela boriti za svoje kupce, zato se jih čedalje več odloča ponujati svoje proizvode in storitve prek elektronske trgovine. Elektronsko trgovanje je del elektronskega poslovanja, ki nam prinaša veliko prednosti v primerjavi s fizičnim nakupovanjem. Elektronske trgovine so odprte 24 ur na dan, pred nakupom se lahko prek spleta pozanimamo o samem izdelku in ceni pri konkurentih, nakup lahko opravimo z nekaj kliki iz domačega naslonjača itd. Seveda pa lahko skupaj z vsemi ugodnostmi prihaja tudi do nekaterih nevšečnosti oz. se lahko srečujemo s tveganji, kot so na primer kraja oziroma zloraba plačilnih kartic, zloraba osebnih podatkov, hkrati pa nikoli ne vemo, kaj bomo dobili na naš naslov. Za slovenske elektronske tržnice bi lahko rekli, da še niso tako razvite kot tuje. To bi lahko pripisali predvsem zadržanosti Slovencev do spletnega nakupovanja. Najbolj skeptični smo glede varnosti. Tudi podjetja imajo zadržke do tega načina poslovanja, predvsem zaradi nepoznavanja načina dela in prednosti, ki jih le-to prinaša. Seveda pa obstaja kar nekaj izjem, ki so zelo uspešne v slovenskem elektronskem prostoru. Tri izmed njih (Bolha.com, Slovenia-online.si, EnaA.com) smo tudi sami podrobno preučili v naši magistrski nalogi in opravili spletni nakup prek njih ter tako spoznali postopek nakupa. Kar se tiče tujih elektronskih tržnic, lahko rečemo, da so nekoliko naprednejše. Od slovenskih se razlikujejo predvsem po količini ponujenih izdelkov, številu prodajalcev, veliko večjem trgu, varnosti na visokem nivoju itd. Skoraj vse elektronske tržnice namreč zahtevajo povratne informacije glede zadovoljstva nakupa in tako bolj zaščitijo kupce pred raznimi goljufijami. Tudi za analizo tujih elektronskih tržnic smo izbrali tri, ki so v samem vrhu, in sicer: Ebay.com, Alibaba.com ter Amazon.com. Of course, it may be combined with all the benefits, there are also some disadvantages. We are faced with risks such as theft or misuse of credit cards, misuse of personal data, we never know what we'll get to our address. For the Slovenian electronic marketplaces could say that there are not as developed as a foreign electronic marketplaces. This could be attributed mainly to the reluctance of Slovenes online shopping. Most skeptical they are about the safety of electronic shopping. Also by firms can be said to have reservations about this way of operating, mainly due to ignorance and lack of knowledge of electronic commerce benefits that only electronic commerce can bring. Of course, there are some exceptions which have been very successful in the Slovenian electronic space. Three of them (Bolha.com , Slovenia-online.si, EnaA.com) we have discussed and described in our masters. We also have made a purchase through all of them and we have learn about the procedures of purchase. As for foreign electronic electronic marketplaces we can say that they are a bit more advanced. They differ mainly in the amount of products offered, the number of vendors, a much larger market, security is at a high level, all electronic markets require feedback regarding satisfaction of purchase, thus better protect customers against various fraud. For the analysis of foreign electronic marketplaces, we have decided for the top three: Ebay.com, Amazon.com and Alibaba.com.
