Tako so se vse aktivnosti pričele s povpraševanjem. S tem se je pričelo delo za podjetje Comark, d. o. o., ki ima s podjetjem Alstom pogodbo o organiziranju in izvedbi izrednih prevozov. Sledilo je organiziranje, ki je prva faza v procesu izrednih prevozov. V tej fazi je bilo potrebno določiti ustrezno traso poti izrednega prevoza ter izbrati primerno transportno kompozicijo za prevoz izrednega tovora. Prav tako je bilo potrebno na podlagi ugotovitev vložiti vlogo za izdajo dovoljenja za izredne prevoze. Po prejemu dovoljenja je sledila faza izvedbe prevoza, v kateri aktivno sodelujeta tudi vozili za zahtevno spremstvo, ki opozarjata druge udeležence v prometu na prihajajoči izredni tovor. Izredni prevoz se izvaja od deponije do samega gradbišča TEŠ 6. Sledila je še zadnja faza zaključka prevoza, v kateri je poleg razklada izrednega tovora pomembna še podpisana dokumentacija, ki je osnova za obračun opravljene storitve. Pri procesu nas je zmotila predvsem birokracija pri pridobivanju dovoljenja, pa tudi zastoji na sami transportni poti ter kritične točke, ki predstavljajo nevarnost pri izrednem prevozu. S spremembo zakonodaje, manjšimi infrastrukturnimi spremembami, komunikacijo in zmanjšanjem nevarnosti pri kritičnih točkah bi bil sam proces izrednega prevoza uspešno optimiziran. In the thesis we have focused on the practical case of transporting extra dimensional elements for the construction of TEŠ 6. All activities started with the demand. Consequently started the work of the company Comark, d. o. o., which has a contract with the company Alstom for the organization and carrying out of special transportation. This was followed by the organization, which is the first phase in the process of special transports. In this phase it was necessary to determine the proper route for the special transport and select a proper transport composition for the transport of the special load. It was also necessary to file an application for the special transport permit based on the findings. After receiving the permit, followed the phase of the actual transport, where actively participated two vehicles as the demanded escort, which warn other road traffic participants about the coming special transport. The special transport is carried out from the depot to the construction place of TEŠ 6. In the last phase of the transport is besides unloading the special load important the signed documentation, which is the basis for the financial sheet of the done service. In the process we were not satisfied with the bureaucracy, congestions on the transport way and critical points, which represent dangers in special transport. With the change in legislation, minor infrastructural changes, communication and decrease in dangers in the critical points the process of the special transport would be successfully optimized.
