Diplomsko delo zajema oceno kvalitete ponudbe petnajstih turističnih kmetij na območju Krajinskega parka Goričko. Za ocenitev kvalitetne ponudbe na turističnih kmetijah je bil razvit večkriterijski odločitveni model, ki je baziral na DEX-i metodologiji. V nalogi bomo podrobneje opredelili turistično kmetijo z nastanitvijo, izletniško kmetijo in vinotoč ter njihove standarde, saj nam bo to v pomoč pri oblikovanju kriterijev, ki nam bodo pomagali sestaviti DEX-i sistem. Na podlagi predhodno pridobljenih podatkov iz vprašalnika, ki so ga izpolnjevali obiskovalci in gostitelji turističnih dejavnosti in s samim razvitim večkriterijskim orodjem želimo poiskati najboljšega ponudnika posamezne turistične dejavnosti, ki bo maksimalno zadovoljil zadane kriterije in s tem dosegel najvišjo oceno pri sami ocenitvi turistične kmetije z nastanitvijo, izletniške kmetije in vinotoča. The thesis evaluates the quality of offers of fifteen tourist farms in the area of the Goričko Nature Park. In order to evaluate the quality of the offer of this tourist farms we developed a multi-criteria decision making model, based on the DEX-i methodology. In the thesis we thoroughly defined the tourist farm with accommodation, the visitor farm and the winery and their standards, since they will help us to form criteria, which will help us to make a DEX-i system. Based on the previously obtained data from the questionnaire that was filled out by visitors and hosts of tourist activities, and with the developed multi-criteria tool we want to find the best provider of individual tourist activities, which will fulfil the set criteria to the maximum and consequently achieve the highest score in the evaluation of the tourist farm with accommodation, the visitor farm and the winery.
