Poslovni plan služi različnim ciljem, ki jih želimo doseči. Lahko se osredotočimo na uporabnika in ga zastavimo kot orodje za preverjanje poslovne ideje podjetnika ali managerskega tima ali pa kot pripomoček za pridobivanje finančnih sredstev.
