description V podjetju je bilo do preteklega izobraževanja, več kot polovica zaposlenih nepismenih v zvezi s tehničnim risanjem in branjem gradbeniških risb. Zato je v sklopu notranjega usposabljanja, podjetje izvedlo program tehničnega risanja. Cilj programa je bil, da se bodo delavci naučili osnov tehničnega risanja, kot je poznavanje črt v gradbeniških risbah, tehnična pisava, kotiranje in kotirne meje, šrafure v gradbeniških risbah in uporaba geometrije. Velik poudarek je na praktičnem delu izobraževanja, kjer so se zaposleni učili tehničnega risanja na področju visokih zgradb in opisne geometrije. S poznavanjem tehničnega risanja bodo lahko sami prebrali in razumeli gradbeni načrt. Zaposleni so tako pridobili novo znanje, kar posledično vpliva na njihovo samozavest in na boljšo odzivnost dela v podjetju. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov teoretičnega in praktičnega. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali izobraževanje odraslih in zaposlenih, ravno tako pa tudi splošno izhodišče za izobraževanje in sicer pedagogiko in andragogiko. Opisali smo tudi teoretičen postopek izobraževanja zaposlenih in povzeli raziskavo odraslih v izobraževalnem procesu, iz statističnega urada Republike Slovenije. V praktičnem delu pa smo predstavili izobraževanje namenjeno gradbenim delavcem v podjetju Dom Petelin, za boljše poznavanje gradbenih načrtov in delo z njimi. Z zbranimi podatki smo predstavili podjetje in okvirno opisali njihova dosedanja izobraževanja. Med vsemi delavci smo izvedli anketo, katere rezultate smo podrobno predstavili in jih kasneje tudi vzeli pod drobnogled, za zaključek z raznimi predlogi. Until the end of the last training course, over one half of the employees working in the enterprise had been illiterate regarding techincal drawing and reading construction plans. For this reason, the enterprise carried out an internal training programme of technical drawing to introduce the employees to the basic knowledge of technical drawing, i.e. to distinguish between different lines on construction plans, technical writing, listing and border, hatching on construction plans, and the use of geometry. During the process of training, great emphasis was placed on practical work, where the employees had an opportunity to learn technical drawing used in high construction as well as descriptive geometry. By knowing the basics of technical drawing, the employees will be able to read and understand construction plans by themselves. The employees were thus given a chance to acquire some new knowledge, which would consequently affect their self-esteem and encourage better efficiency at work in the enterprise. The diploma work is composed of a theoretical as well as practical part. The theoretical part illustrates the training of adults and employees in addition to the general starting point for education, i.e. pedagogy and andragogy. Furthermore, it describes theoretical procedures for training employees, and sums up the results of a survey of the education of adults conducted by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia. The practical part presents the training of the construction workers employed in the enterprise Dom Petelin in order to provide them with a better knowledge of construction plans and working practices. The data collected represent the enterprise and briefly illustrate its previous training programmes. All the employees were involved in a survey, the results of which are presented in detail and additionally summed up with conclusive suggestions.
