Podjetje Elektro Celje, d. d. se ukvarja z distribucijo električne energije. Njihove glavne dejavnosti so gradnja novih objektov, ki so potrebni za distribucijo električne energije, izvajanje obnov oz. vzdrževanje in povečevanje zmogljivosti obstoječih naprav. Podjetje zavzema teritorij, ki spada pod okrilje Službe vzdrževanja Celje, razdeljen na dvanajst nadzorništev. Problem poslovanja je v neracionalnem oskrbovanju nadzorništev z materialom. Trenutno je sistem distribucije materiala znotraj podjetja organiziran tako, da se zaposleni iz nadzorništev sami vozijo po drobni material, ki ga potrebujejo za delo. S takšnim sistemom podjetje izgublja precej časa, saj gredo delavci, takrat ko bi morali že začeti z delom na objektih, šele po material. V okviru diplomskega dela smo predstavili naslednje rešitve: ureditev lahko dostopnega centralnega skladišča, uporabo informacijske tehnologije, vzpostavitev ažurne priprave dela in spremembo načina razvoza materiala. S temi ukrepi bi podjetje zmanjšalo izgubo časa in stroške, ki jih povzroča današnji sistem poslovanja. The joint stock company Elektro Celje deals with distribution of electricity. Their main activities are building new facilities necessary for the distribution and maintaining as well as increasing existing facility capacities. The company has its territory under Celje Maintenance Service divided into twelve control bodies. The main problem are irrational supplies of the control bodies with the material needed. Currently the material distribution system is organised in a way that requires employees to collect the material they need to do a job themselves. That way a lot of time is wasted by gathering the needed material when the work should have already been in progress. In the graduation thesis the following solutions are presented: organising an easy accessible central storage facility, the use of information technology, establishing an up-to-date work preparation and the change of the way the material is distributed. By using these measures the company can reduce the time and the cost caused by the present management system.
