Summary:Podjetja za svoje uspešno in učinkovito delovanje že od nekdaj iščejo nove možnosti za doseganje prednosti pred drugimi podjetji, še posebej izrazito in pomembno pa je to v današnjih negotovih časih. Tako sta za sodobne organizacije značilni fleksibilnost ter prilagodljivost organizacijskih oblik in postopkov. Če hočejo biti podjetja učinkovita ter uspešna, morajo poiskati nove potenciale tudi v strukturi organizacije. Z rastjo podjetja se je spreminjala tudi organiziranost podjetja Starman d. o. o., saj so z večanjem prodaje in s širitvijo prodajnega programa rasle potrebe po prilagajanju organizacije novim razmeram. Težave so se pojavile na področjih, kot so razdelitev del in nalog zaposlenim, določitev pristojnosti in odgovornosti, izraba delovnega časa ter kadrovanje. Podjetje se je soočalo tudi s prostorsko stisko in kadrovsko širitvijo. Težave so v organizaciji odpravljali sproti, vendar pa nekateri problemi še vedno ostajajo oziroma so se z rastjo podjetja pojavili novi. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili podjetje Starman d. o. o. ter analizirali njegovo trenutno organizacijsko strukturo. Nato smo s pomočjo anketiranja zaposlenih ugotavljali njihovo mnenje o sami organiziranosti podjetja Starman d. o. o. Rezultati ankete so prikazali trenutno stanje glede učinkovitosti organizacije v podjetju ter učinkovitosti organizacijske strukture pri hitrosti sprejemanja odločitev. Ugotavljali smo tudi hitrost pretočnosti informacij v organizacijski strukturi podjetja Starman d. o. o. ter s pomočjo korelacijske matrike prikazali povezavo med nekaterimi bistvenimi trditvami, zajetimi v anketi. Na podlagi vseh rezultatov smo na koncu naredili sklep, katere so prednosti in katere slabosti podjetja Starman d. o. o For their successful and effective activity, companies have always searched for new options to take precedence over other companies, which is especially distinctive and important in today’s uncertain times. Therefore, flexibility and adaptability of organization forms and procedures are distinctive of modern organizations. If the companies wish to be effective and successful, they have to search for new potentials also in the structure of organization. As the Starman d. o. o. company grew, its structure changed. As the sales grew and the sales offer widened, the organization had to adapt to new conditions. Problems arose, when it came to distribution of works and tasks among the employees and it was necessary to determine the competences and responsibilities, the use of working hours and personnel policy. The company had to cope with shortage of space and increased employment of new cadre. Problems in organization had to be solved on a daily basis but some problems still remain and as the company grows, new arise. In our thesis we presented the Starman d. o. o. company and analyzed their momentary organization structure. Then we conducted a survey of the employees and observed their opinion on the structure of the Starman d. o. o. company. The results of the survey showed the situation on the effectiveness of the company organization today and the effectiveness of the organization structure in the speed of decision-making. We also observed the speed of the information flow in the organization structure of the Starman d. o. o. company. We used the correlation matrix to show the connection between some fundamental statements included in the survey. Summing up all the results, we made the conclusion of advantages and disadvantages of the Starman d. o. o. company.
