description Projektno učno delo je metoda, ki presega okvire tradicionalnega pouka, saj je učenec osrednji izvajalec dejavnosti od začetka do konca. V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno projektno učno delo kot ena izmed vzgojno-izobraževalnih strategij pri pouku geografije v osnovni šoli. Želeli smo ugotoviti, kako se projektno učno delo uveljavlja oz. uresničuje v izbrani osnovni šoli pri pouku geografije, katere so prednosti in slabosti projektnega učnega dela pri pouku geografije, kako učenci pri pouku geografije na izbrani osnovni šoli sprejemajo ta način dela, ali ga sploh poznajo in kako so sami pripravljeni sodelovati pri projektnem delu. Diplomsko delo Projektno delo v osnovni šoli pri pouku geografije je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo s pomočjo literature analizirali projektno učno delo, njegove glavne značilnosti, tipe projektnega dela, odnose med učiteljem in učenci pri projektnem učnem delu, nekatere slabosti projektnega učnega dela, učinkovite strategije učenja in poučevanja pri pouku geografije ter pri terenskem delu pri geografiji. Pomemben del naloge je njen empirični del, kjer predstavljamo način, izpeljavo in rezultate projektnega dela Sredozemsko morje pri pouku geografije za učence 7. razreda v Osnovni šoli Borisa Kidriča Kidričevo. Project work is a method that goes beyond traditional schooling because the student is the central operator of activities from start to finish. The thesis presented in the project work is one of the educational strategies for teaching geography in primary schools. We wished to determine how the project work was implemented, in selected primary schools, in the teaching of geography, what the advantages and disadvantages of project learning in geography lessons are, how students, in geography lessons at selected primary schools, accept this kind of method, and if they are familiar with it and how far they are willing to participate in the project work. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical work. In the theoretical part, with the help from literature, we analyzed the project work, its main characteristics, the types of project work, the relationships between teachers and students, some disadvantages of project learning, effective learning and teaching strategies for teaching geography and field work in geography. . An important part of the thesis is its empirical part, where the method , the derivation and results of the project work as regards to the Geography lessons on the Mediterranean sea, for students of the 7th class in the primary school, Boris Kidrič, Kidričevo are presented.
