Namen diplomske naloge je bil prikazati, kako je mogoče proizvodnjo urediti s pomočjo metode 5S, kako se izboljša preglednost, varnost, zmanjšajo določeni časi ter znižajo stroški proizvodnje s prihrankom časa. Optimiranje proizvodnje s pomočjo 5S metode se je izvajala v sami proizvodnji, kjer se je tudi dejansko vpeljala ta metoda. Na osnovi končanja izvedbe je bilo ugotovljeno, da se je proizvodnja izboljšala postala preglednejša in čistejša, časi so se zmanjšali, delavci pa postali zadovoljnejši na svojem delovnem mestu. V prihodnosti se bo metoda še izvajala saj gre za trajno aktivnost. Priporočljiva je za vse proizvodne obrate v katerikoli industriji, saj izboljša veliko faktorjev za normalno in preglednejše delo. The aim of my diploma work is to show, how the implementation of the 5s method can improve the organization of the production. How, by using this method, the transparency and safety can be improved, the times reduced and consequently the costs decreased. The Optimisation of the production process, by applying the 5S method, was implemented in the production where the mentioned method was actually used. It has been established that the production has actually improved, became more transparent and clearer, the times were reduced and subsequently the workers were more satisfied with their work. The method will be implemented in future as well as it is a constant activity. However, it is advisable to implement the method in all plants and all industries as it improves many factors for a better and more transparent work.
