Teoretično izhodišče: Kakovostna in uspešna komunikacija postaja vse pomembnejši element na področju zdravljenja in zdravstvene nege, kar vpliva na to, da se na tem področju vse bolj uveljavljajo, sodobne metode dela. Tako je nujno, za vse, ki delajo v zdravstvu, da poznajo osnovne značilnosti komuniciranja in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na to, ali bo komuniciranje uspešno in kakovostno ali ne. Namen: V diplomskem delu smo želeli oceniti kakovost komuniciranja med člani negovalnega tima. Želeli smo ugotoviti kakšna je dejanska komunikacija med člani negovalnega tim, ter kako bi člani negovalnih timov kot posamezniki izboljšali komunikacijo in kaj so pripravljeni storiti za to. Metoda: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Anketni vprašalnik je bil anonimen. Vzorec raziskave je zajemal 20 članov negovalnega Oddelka za bolezni prebavil in 20 članov negovalnega tima Oddelka za splošno in abdominalno kirurgijo Splošne bolnišnice Celje. Rezultati: Podatki, ki smo jih pridobili ob zaključku raziskave, nam kažejo na to, da v negovalnih timih poznajo pojem komunikacija. Člani negovalnih timov podpirajo uvajanje sprememb v komunikaciji. V največji meri se zavzemajo za več timskih sestankov (50 % anketiranih Oddelka za splošno in abdominalno kirurgijo) in omogočanje večjih možnost izobraževanj s področja komunikacije (45 % anketiranih negovalnega tima Oddelka za bolezni prebavil). V obeh negovalnih timih je najbolj pomemben dejavnik komunikacije kontinuirano strokovno usposabljanje s področja komunikacije, saj se zavedajo da bi jim to lahko pomagalo k lastnemu napredku in pozitivno vplivalo na njihovo kakovost komuniciranja. Stres na delovnem mestu in neustrezna klima imata velik vpliv na odločitev za zapustitev delovnega tima, saj bi v obeh negovalnih timih zaradi tega prenehala z zaposlitvijo več kot polovica članov negovalnega tima. V negovalnih timih se pojavljajo tudi ovire na področju komuniciranja. Največjo oviro v komuniciranju povzroča preobremenjenost z delom. Sklep: Iz raziskave je razvidno, da ima kakovost komuniciranja med člani negovalnega tima osrednjo vlogo pri timski obravnavi pacienta. V negovalnih timih Splošne bolnišnice Celje obstaja nekaj ovir na področju komuniciranja, vendar so zaposleni zelo odprti za spremembe in jih tudi podpirajo. Sami so podali predloge izboljšav, v katere so pripravljeni tudi vlagati, kajti zavedajo se, da bi ustrezne izboljšave, pomembno vplivale na izboljšanje kakovosti komuniciranja v njihovih negovalnih timih. Theoretical basis: Quality and effective communication is becoming an increasingly important element in treatment and nursing care, which affects the fact that this area is gaining ground, modern methods. Thus, it is essential for everyone working in health care, to know the basic features of communication and the factors that influence whether or not to communicate successfully and quality or not. Purpose: In this thesis we want to assess the quality of communication between nursing care team members. We wanted to determine how the actual communication between members of the nursing team, and how to nursing team members as individuals to improve communication and are willing to do anything for it. Method: The study was based on qualitative methodology. The survey questionnaire was anonymous. The sample survey consisted of 20 members of the nursing departments of digestive diseases and 20 members of the nursing team of the Department of General and Abdominal Surgery General Hospital Celje. Results: Data were obtained at the completion of research, we suggest that the teams know the concept of caring communication. Nursing care team members support the introduction of changes in communication. The greatest advocate for more team meetings (50% of respondents of the Department of General and Abdominal Surgery) and allow greater opportunity of training in the field of communication (45% of surveyed nursing team of the Department of digestive diseases). In the two nursing teams, the most important factor in communication continuous professional training in the field of communication, knowing that they could help to find his own progress and positive impact on the quality of communication. Stress in the workplace and inadequate air conditioning have a major impact on the decision to leave the working team, because in both nursing teams to close the employment of more than half of the nursing team members. The care teams, there are also barriers to communication. The greatest barrier to communication congestion caused by work. Conclusion: The study shows that the quality of communication between nursing care team members play a central role in the team treatment of the patient. Nursing teams in the General Hospital Celje, there are some barriers to communication, but working very open to change and support them. They have made the improvements, in which they are also willing to invest, because aware that appropriate improvements could have significant impact on improving the quality of communication in their nursing care teams. |
