Dobro počutje, samozavest, motiviranost in še kaj drugega pripomore k temu, da z veseljem opravljamo stvari, ki se jih lotimo. V prostem času se večina ljudi ukvarja s hobiji, ki so jim všeč oziroma katere si sami želijo. Malokdo pa ima srečo, da je hobi hkrati tudi služba. Glede na to, da danes služba predstavlja precejšen del našega življenja, je še toliko bolj pomembno, kako se počutimo v delovnem okolju, kako se razumemo s sodelavci in vodstvom ter predvsem koliko sebe smo pripravljeni žrtvovati in »pustiti« na delovnem mestu, za doseganje višjih ciljev in boljših rezultatov podjetja. Veliki večini ljudi je danes služba izključno le stremljenje k zaslužku za preživetje. Od vodstva podjetja je odvisno, koliko pozornosti je pripravljeno posvetiti enemu najpomembnejših dejavnikov, ki doprinese k doseganju dobrih rezultatov in uresničevanju zastavljenih ciljev , to je organizacijska klima. Na kakšen način ustvariti prijetno in ugodno klimo, za večino zaposlenih, naj bi ugotavljalo vodstvo. Menim, da je predvsem od vodstva odvisno, ali bo kolektiv deloval enotno, kot homogena celota oziroma uspešen team, ki enotno stremi in deluje z namenom uresničevanja ciljev podjetja, katere smatrajo in jih sprejemajo hkrati tudi za svoje. Namen moje diplomske naloge je najprej opredeliti pojem organizacijske klime, njene dimenzije, pojme, sorodne organizacijski klimi. Omenila bom tudi pojem motivacije in bistvene dejavnike, ki vplivajo na motivacijo zaposlenih v podjetjih. Raziskovalni del diplome sem namenila raziskovanju organizacijske klime in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih v podjetju, kjer sem tudi sama zaposlena. Na podlagi opravljene ankete bom podala dobljene rezultate, izdelala analizo obstoječega stanja ter predlagala ideje in rešitve, ki bi lahko pripomogle k dvigu zadovoljstva zaposlenih in s tem povezanim boljšim rezultatom dela. It is common knowledge that we are most effective when we feel comfortable within certain field. Welfare, self-confidence, motivation and some other things help us do our work with pleasure. Most of people spend their leisure time for hobbies which they enjoy or they like to do. However, hardly anyone is lucky to have his job as a hobby. Regarding the fact that our job represents a great part of our life, it is very important to feel good in the office, to get along with the co-workers and administration and especially to sacrifice a part of yourself and to "leave" it at the office. All of that to accomplish higher goals and get better results. For most of people job means striving for salary to survive in today's world. It depends on the company’s administration how much attention they devote to one of the most important factors, which contributes toward achieving better results and realization of ultimate goals. This factor is the organizational climate. The administration should consider how to set an agreeable and satisfactory atmosphere for their employees. I believe that it mostly depends on the administration whether the staff will work unified as a homogenous whole or successful team, which strives for and works to achieve the company's goal, which the staff embraces and accepts for their own. The purpose of my diploma is firstly to define the notion of organizational climate, its dimensions and expressions related to it. I will mention the notion of motivation and principal factors that influence on the motivation of the staff. The research part of diploma is intended for research of organizational climate and satisfaction of the employees of the company I work at. On the basis of the questionnaire, I will give the results, make an analysis of the situation and suggest better ideas and solutions, which could help raise the level of satisfaction and consequently achieve better results.
