Menim, da je za študente in tudi za samo fakulteto zelo pomembno, da študentom poda uporabno znanje. Z drugimi besedami, da povežejo teorijo in prakso. Same teorije je veliko in je napisana v mnogih knjigah. Nikjer pa ni napisano, kako naj študenti vso to teorijo koristno uporabimo v praksi. Tukaj imajo veliko vlogo predavatelji, ki študentom snov podajo. Študenti na fakulteti pridobivajo znanje kar nekaj let in bi bilo res škoda, da pridobljeno znanje koristi samo za to, da se pozitivno opravi izpit, kasneje pa ga študenti ne izkoristijo v praksi. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu so podana splošna znanja o izobraževanju in usposabljanju, motivaciji ter komunikaciji. V praktičnem delu pa so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, katera je bila izvedena s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Zanimalo me je, kakšno je zadovoljstvo študentov z organiziranjem prakse na Šoli X. Šola X ima poleg predavanj za študente organizirano tudi prakso izven fakultete v različnih organizacijah, kar je zelo pozitivno. To je že korak naprej, kako čim bolje povezati teorijo in prakso. Potem pa je pomembno, da je sama praksa dobro organizirana, da so študenti ustrezno motivirani za opravljanje prakse ter da stalno poteka vrednotenje prakse z upoštevanjem povratnih informacij, s strani študentov pa tudi stalno izboljševanje prakse. Torej ni dovolj, da je v proces izobraževanja vključeno praktično izobraževanje, le to mora biti izvedeno kakovostno. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika sem ugotovila, da so študenti zadovoljni z obveščenostjo, kdaj in kje bo praksa potekala. Dokaj zadovoljni so tudi s samo vsebino prakse in dokumentacijo, ki jo je fakulteta pripravila za izvajanje prakse. Ni pa jim všeč to, da imajo občutek, da fakulteta ne upošteva njihovih povratnih informacij glede prakse. Rezultati ankete kažejo tudi na to, da so študenti bolj zadovoljni s šolskim mentorjem, kot pa z mentorjem na praksi. Za slednjega menijo, da jim ne posveča dovolj časa. Veliko nezadovoljstvo je prisotno zaradi tega, ker na praksi ne izvajajo nalog, katere so zabeležene v dokumentaciji, katero je pripravila fakulteta, ampak so prepuščeni sami sebi ali pa ostalim zaposlenim, ki pa nimajo ustrezne izobrazbe, da bi delali s študenti. Menijo, da bi se naučili več, če bi bil na praksi prisoten šolski mentor. V tem tudi vidijo rešitev, kako izboljšati praktični del izobraževanja na Šoli X. Education is extremely important in modern life. With all the existing educational institutions, the competition between them is growing with every year. In my opinion it is essential for the students and the faculty itself, that it provides the students with useful knowledge. In other words, to create a link between theory and practice. The theoretical aspect is written in many books, but there is a shortage of information on how to make use of this apsect in practice. The professors play a big role here as they give the information to the students. The students have been learning at the faculties for many years now and it would be a pity if they only used their current knowledge for passing exams, and not applying it later in practice. My diploma consists of the theoretical and practical work. General knowledge about the education, training, motivation and communication is given in the theoretical part. As for the practical part, it is presented with the results of a survey. I was curious about how the students at School X were pleased with their organization of traineeship. Besides the courses, School X has an organized traineeship in many institutions outside the faculty, which is very positive. It is a step forward in linking the theory and practice. But the key to success is in the quality of the traineeship, the proper motivation of the students who participate in it and of course in the cooperation between the students and the faculty in reaching a common goal, which is constant improvement of the traineeship. Therefore the mere presence of the practical part of education is not enough, it also needs to be carried out efficiently. With the help of my survey I discovered that the students are satisfied with the given information about where and when the traineeship will take place. They are also fairly pleased with its content and the documentation the faculty has prepared for them. What bothers them most is that the faculty does not consider their own feedback. The results of the survey also imply that the students are more satisfied with their school mentor, rather than their traineeship mentor. For the latter, they believe that he is not devoted to spending enough time with them. A great dissatisfaction is present because many of the documented tasks, prepared by the faculty, are not being carried out. Instead the students are left for themselves or other employees, who do not have the adequate training to work with them. The students believe that they would learn more with a present school mentor at their traineeship. This is their solution for the improvement of the practical part of education at School X.
