Organizacija je uspešna pod pogojem, da motivira vse zaposlene in skrbi za dobro delovno klimo na način, ki zagotavlja zadovoljstvo na vseh ravneh organizacije. Dobro motivirani zaposleni dosegajo boljše rezultate in so za te cilje pripravljeni vložiti več svojega truda in energije, ker sami tako hočejo in ne zato, ker morajo. V raziskavi smo ugotovili, kateri so tisti dejavniki, ki najbolj motivirajo zaposlene oz. kateri so tisti dejavniki, ki njihovo motivacijo za delo zavirajo. Najbolj zaposlene motivira varnost zaposlitve, najmanj pa sodelovanje v upravljanju in usposabljanju ter možnost stalnega in dodatnega izobraževanja. V splošnem so zaposleni zadovoljni s svojim delom, manj so zadovoljni z informiranostjo o dogodkih v podjetju, dodatnem izobraževanju in nagrajevanju za dobro opravljeno delo . Rezultati raziskave pa se razlikujejo med posameznimi zaposlenimi glede na delovno mesto. Zaposlene smo ločili v tri skupine (proizvodni delavci, vodstveni delavci, strokovni in administrativni delavci) in jih med sabo primerjali. Najbolj se razlikujejo po dejavnikih motivacije za delo in vrsti motivacije. V obravnavanem podjetju so na osnovi dobljenih rezultatov zaposlenim predlagani ukrepi za izboljšanje motiviranosti pri delu. Motivated and well trained employees are the very essence of every organization's success. An organization is successful if it provides motivation and good work climate for all of its employees in a way to bring satisfaction to every level in organisation. Well motivated employees tend to achieve better results and are willing to make their finest efforts not only because they need to, but because they want to. The research showed which factors motivate employees the most and which ones inhibit their work motivation. The best motivational factor is job security, whereas participation in management and training or the possibility of continuous and further education are the least motivating. In general, employees are satisfied with their work, but less satisfied with rate of information on the events in the company, additional education and reward for good work. The research results however vary between individual employees depending on their work position. We separated the employees into three groups (production workers, managers, professional and administrative workers) and compared them to each other. They differ the most in motivation factors and motivation type. Based on the results of examinations specific actions for improving work motivation have been proposed to the company.
