Pacient z revmatološkim obolenjem in pomen telesne aktivnosti pri zdravljenju

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili pacienta z revmatološkim obolenjem ter pomen telesne aktivnosti pri zdravljenju, z raziskavo pa smo ugotovili, koliko so pacienti osveščeni o svoji bolezni in kako skrbijo za telesno aktivnost. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela. S pomočjo študija domače in tuje literature ter internetnih virov, smo predstavili teoretična izhodišča. Opisali smo najpogostejše revmatične bolezni, vlogo medicinske sestre pri zdravljenju ter najpogostejše negovalne diagnoze pri pacientu z revmatološkim obolenjem. Podatke, ki smo jih uporabili v empiričnem delu diplomskega dela, smo zbrali s pomočjo raziskave izvedene v Termah Dolenjske Toplice. Pri obravnavi pacienta z revmatološkim obolenjem ima zdravnik, medicinska sestra in drugo zdravstveno osebje pomembno vlogo. Pacienti se zavedajo, da lahko sami pripomorejo k boljšemu počutju, saj se jih večina ukvarja s telesno aktivnostjo enkrat dnevno. Prav tako navajajo, da se po telesni aktivnosti počutijo bolje. In this diploma we have introduced a patient with rheumatologic disease and importance of physical activity in medical treatment, besides, we have found out patients' consciousness about their condition and how they take care of their physical activity. The descriptive method has been used and with help of studying national and foreign literature as well as internet sources we have presented theoretical starting points. The most important rheumatologic diseases, the role of a hospital nurse in healing and most common nursing diagnosis in the patient with rheumatologic disease have been described in this work. The data used in empirical part of the diploma have been used with the help of a research carried out in the health resort Terme Dolenjske Toplice. When treating a patient with rheumatologic disease, a doctor, a nurse and the rest of the medical personnel play important part. The patients are aware of their contribution to a better state of health, because most of them engage in a physical activity once a day. The also state that they feel better after the activity.
