SAMi can be used by colocated devices to share information according to the context of users and their environment. It applies latent semantic modeling techniques and adopts techniques from service discovery to search files efficiently. A preliminary prototype has been developed to simulate MANETs and to implement the middleware. A number of experiments have been performed to evaluate major features of SAMi.
