W ramach tych działań przeszkoleni uczniowie-tutorzy mają wspierać swoich młodszych kolegów z innych szkół w wyborze zawodu. Co ciekawe, ta sama szkoła korzysta także z metody tutoringu wychowawczo-rozwojowego, która oznacza two-rzenie wspierającej rozwój relacji tutorskiej między tutorem-nauczycielem a uczniem.
