It is in particular in the face of the world’s evolution assuming the necessity of suffering or ‘structural suffering’ (M. Heller) that it is difficult to defend the vision of almighty God. Perhaps we should follow the intuitions of Jewish mysticism (kabbalah) and assume that God is not almighty? Maybe we should agree with Etty Hillesum, a Jew murdered in Auschwitz, who wrote in her diary: ‘Dear God, […] one thing is becoming increasingly clear to me: that You cannot help us, that we must help You to help ourselves. And that is all we can manage these days and also all that really matters: that we safeguard that little piece of You, God, in ourselves’. „Strajk kobiet” z 2020 roku w Polsce w nowy sposób stawia teologii i chrześcijaństwu stare pytania o cierpienie, zło i Boga. To jedno widzę coraz wyraźniej: Ty nie możesz nam pomóc, to my Ciebie musimy wesprzeć, dzięki czemu sami sobie przyjdziemy z pomocą.
