Purchasing department is the object of this thesis, this department task to procurement of operational goods and materials at Melia Purosani Hotel Yogyakarta. This thesis goal is, to analyze purchasing department work practice to do procurement of operational goods and materials by made PO (purchase Order) and DML (daily market list) at Melia Purosani Hotel. Purchasing work practice means to examine made process of purchase administration, archive administration, and the problems meet. Purchase order and daily market list, become the firt responsibility from the purchasing work activities every day. And then Archiving process is supporting purchasing work department for responsibility approve and documentation. Purchasing deparmetnt work process, still have some problem wich made late work processes. |
