Summary:WKNEAMP-1 met in Murmansk, Russia 24–26 November 2015 to scope the evaluation of harvest control rules for Northeast Arctic cod and haddock and Barents Sea capelin. The managing body (Joint Norwegian-Russian Fisheries Commission) has made a request for evaluation of a number of alternative harvest control rules for these three stocks. The Workshop scoped and reviewed data, biological models and software to be used in the evaluations, as well as simulation technicalities and presentation of results.
