Educação ambiental e saúde pública: análise ecopepidemiologica do parque ecológico de São Sebastião, Distrito Federal

The main objective of this work is to identify the ambient aspects and the impacts generated for the freqüentadores and habitants of the neighboring are as to the Ecological Park of San Sebastian - DF, searching to demonstrate to the possible focos of the Aedes aegypti. The research was divided in two stages, having been the first one characterized by the data-collecting that makes possible the composition of the pointers necessary to answer the analyzed hypothesis. Statistical information had been used to compose the referring pointers to the ambient, partner-economic aspects and epidemiologists of the city. The analyzed period encloses the months of october and november of 2005. The second stage was the research of field by means of carried through direct comments in the area of the park. This research had as objective to observe the structural aspects of the park and the resultant ambient degradation of antrópicas actions and was carried through in january of 2006 having been gotten photographs of the degraded places. For confection of the maps the SICAD and GOOGLE EARTH® had been used. One expects to demonstrate as the Ambient Education can intensively collaborate in the understanding of the project Health - Education - Surrounding. O objetivo principal deste trabalho é identificar os aspectos ambientais e os impactos gerados pelos freqüentadores e moradores das áreas vizinhas ao Parque Ecológico de São Sebastião - DF, buscando demonstrar os possíveis focos do Aedes aegypti. A pesquisa foi dividida em duas etapas, sendo a primeira caracterizada pelo levantamento de dados que possibilitaram a composição dos indicadores necessários para responder a hipótese analisada. Foram utilizadas informações estatísticas para compor os indicadores referentes aos aspectos ambientais, sócio-econômicos e epidemiológicos da cidade. O período analisado abrange os meses de outubro e novembro de 2005. A segunda etapa foi a pesquisa de campo por meio de observações diretas realizadas na área do parque. Essa pesquisa teve como objetivo observar os aspectos estruturais do parque e da degradação ambiental resultante de ações antrópicas e foi realizada em janeiro de 2006 tendo sido obtidas fotografias dos locais degradados. Para confecção dos mapas foram utilizados o SICAD e o GOOGLE EARTH®. Espera-se demonstrar como a Educação Ambiental pode colaborar intensivamente na compreensão do esquema Saúde - Educação - Ambiente.
