AbstractThe Harapan Island Cluster is a group of islands geographically close to each other and forming an archipelago. Harapan Island, Kelapa and Kelapa Dua islands are inhabited islands. The characteristics of the inhabited island have many marine tourism activities that are supported by the ecosystem on each island. The objectives of this study are (1) tourism in the hope island cluster as eco-tourism; (2) Designing a tourist flow in the Harapan Island Cluster. This study uses spatial analysis and network analysis methods. The results of this study identified that the Harapan Island Cluster contained areas that had more live coral reefs and the patterns gathered in the area, therefore this area was used as a protected area. Meanwhile, for other areas that have relatively fewer coral reefs and the pattern is spreading, this area is used as a conservation area. As for the proposed design of tourism channels such as special interest marine tourism routes, snorkeling marine tourism flows, diving marine tourism flows and marine tourism routes around the island. Keywords: tourism, tourism line, network analysis, eco-tourism AbstrakGugus Pulau Harapan merupakan gugusan pulau yang secara letak geografis saling berdekatan dan membentuk suatu kepulauan. Pulau harapan, pulau kelapa dan kelapa dua merupakan pulau yang berpenghuni. Karakteristik pulau berpenghuni tersebut memiliki banyak kegiatan wisata bahari yang didukung ekosistem pada masing-masing pulau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Pariwisata di gugus pulau harapan sebagai wisata yang eco-tourism; (2) Menyusun desain Alur Wisata di Gugus Pulau Harapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis spasial dan network analysis. Hasil penelitian ini teridentifikasi bahwa Gugus Pulau Harapan terdapat kawasan yang memiliki terumbu karang hidup yang lebih banyak dan polanya berkumpul di kawasan tersebut, maka dari itu kawasan ini dijadikan kawasan perlindungan. Sedangkan, untuk kawasan yang lainnya memiliki terumbu karang yang relatif lebih sedikit dan polanya menyebar, maka dari itu kawasan ini dijadikan kawasan konservasi. Adapun usulan desain alur wisata seperti Alur Wisata bahari minat khusus, alur wisata bahari snorkeling, alur wisata bahari diving dan alur wisata bahari keliling pulau. Kata kunci: pariwisata, alur wisata, network analysis, eco-tourism
