International audience The main problem in the realization of the rights to a favorable environment, including in the Arctic regions, is the difficulty of establishing and proving the causal link between economic activity and damage to health. Modern scientific achievements make it possible to establish the connection between the micro-environment and health and, therefore, to provide indemnification of damage. But the causal link between degradation of macro environment and human health is less studied, which leads to complications in judicial practice.
