This article aims to address some consequences of global climate warming. Studies showthat in the coming decades, the average temperatures in the world may increase, and theland area will also expand. With the growth of the world population, the need for adequatenutritional food will be greater. According to the report of the United Nations EnvironmentProgram (UNEP, 2022), one third of global food is wasted or lost every year. This affects thelivelihoods, food security and social well-being of millions of people, which also poses numerous hidden costs to the economy (UNEP, 2022). At the same time, many agricultural siteswill no longer be able to plant crops due to extreme warming, and at the same time, somesites with competitive advantages due to climate change can be observed, such as countrieslocated in the Arctic region such as Canada. , Denmark, United States, Finland, Iceland,Norway, Russia, Sweden, which will have defrosted areas, and with immense water potentialfor grain production and agricultural cultivation due to thawing conditions and also mineralexploration, gas and oil, tourism and fruits sea exports. The work will be developed by theanalytical method, and theoretical research, based on bibliographic surveys. O presente artigo visa abordar algumas consequências do aquecimentoclimático mundial. Estudos apresentam que nas próximas décadas, as temperaturas médias no mundo poderão aumentar, e a área de terra seca também expandirá. Com o crescimento populacional mundial, a necessidadepor alimentação nutricional adequada, será maior.
