La protección jurídico-penal del lince ibérico: comentario a la SAP de Jaén 150/2013, de 6 de junio

El ordenamiento jurídico español dispone de herramientas suficientes para prevenir actos indiscriminados contra la población del lince ibérico a nivel administrativo y penal. A través de la Sentencia núm. 150/2013, de 6 de junio se realiza un análisis sobre diferentes aspectos en la imputación de aquellos hechos delictivos que tienen como objeto acabar con la vida de los linces, en los que se toma como eje principal de enjuiciamiento la prueba indiciaria. The Spanish legal system has sufficient tools to prevent indiscriminate acts against the Iberian lynx population at an administrative and criminal level. Through Judgment no. 150/2013 an analysis is carried out on practical aspects in the imputation of those criminal acts that aim to end the life of the lynxes, in which the evidence is taken as the main axis of prosecution.
