All of the packages carry the Lilydale logo and indicate that the chickens were grain fed and that the meat is air cooled. The chicken breast packaging describes them as "extra lean, boneless, skinless". The drumstick packaging carrys the word "lean" and the Lilydale slogan, "It's not just chicken, it's Lilydale." The Lilydale company started as a Farmers Cooperative more than 70 years ago. Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, It now operates under the name Sofina Foods Inc., and is the largest poultry processor in Canada.
