Rather than one set of projections we have estimated a range of likely future growth, given different assumptions about important factors influencing the economy and electricity use. Throughout that range of likely growth - the LOW, BASE, and HIGH cases - we project that electricity generation by KPU will temporarily drop but subsequently begin growing again, although at a slower rate than in the past.
