Campbell as Director of the Alaska Division of Corrections; and a bill to establish an intermediate court of appeals as proposed by the Alaska Court System. Also included are digests of recent Alaska Supreme Court opinions, points brought up in criminal appeals cases, and proposed legislation, and the announcement of an upcoming judicial conferences.
