Real-Time Testing of 90nm COTS SRAMs at Concordia Station in Antarctica

International audience We present the results of 90nm SRAMs real-time testing at the Concordia station in Antarctica. Besides the SER, the results show the occurrence of major events such as SELs and isotropic distribution of neutrons.
