With a sampled population of 100 random canines. Of the results obtained, 31% of canines were positive for gastrointestinal parasites of which their sex, age, prevalence, type of parasitosis and most common parasite were considered. In the sex group the results were; 43 female canines with 45.16% and 57 male canines with 54.84%. In the age group it was obtained; 14 canines from 1 to 12 months with 46.16%, 11 canines from 1 to 5 years with 32.26% and 6 canines> at 5 years with 19.35%. The most common parasite was Toxocara canis with: 6 canines are female 19.35% and 8 male canines 25.81%, in relation to the age where it had an incidence of 45.16% in relation to the rest of parasites. In relation to sex, its presence in male canines was 25, 81%. The parasite that had a high incidence was Ancylostoma spp. with 16.12% in relation to age groups. In reference to the sex group, its presence was equitable with 9.68%. Concluding with the socialization of results that was of high impact by pet owners, obtaining a positive response in the sanitary management of their pets, planning a massive deworming campaign. Committing to have a current deworming calendar. The results of the coprological exams were delivered to each of the owners of the canines.
