Summary: | In this paper, we illuminate the way in which Boško Tokin and Miloš Crnjanski observed Michelangelo Buonarroti and his work. The first writer wrote about the Sistine Chapel when he wanted to speak both about Rome and Michelangelo. Crnjanski covered almost the entire work and life of Buonarroti. Both of them saw Michelangelo, as well as Christ on the dome, as a suffering victim, as these avant-garde writers themselves were, especially when they started writing about this great man of Renaissance in the 1920’s. What certainly connects Tokin and Crnjanski are the same circumstances in which they found themselves, the environment in which they lived and the resulting feelings that they carried. U radu je predstavljen i na osnovu putopisnih tekstova tumačen odnos dvojice avangardista prema renesansnom umetniku Mikelanđelu. Osvetlili smo na koji način su Boško Tokin i Miloš Crnjanski videli Mikelanđela Buonarotija i njegov rad. Prvi je pisao o Sikstini i kada je govorio o Rimu i o Mikelanđelu. Crnjanski je obuhvatio gotovo celokupno delo ali i život Buonarotija. Ipak, obojica su u Mikelanđelu, ali i u Hristu sa Kupole, videli stradalnika punog patnje, kao što su i sami bili ovi avangardni pisci, naročito u trenutku kada su počeli da pišu o renesansnom velikanu, tih dvadesetih godina prošlog veka. Ono što svakako spaja Tokina i Crnjanskog jesu iste okolnosti u kojima su se našli, milje u kojem su živeli i njima izazvana osećanja koja su nosili. |
