Magistrsko delo obravnava možnosti povezovanja različnih strok, udeleženih v proces gradnje stavb in drugih gradbeno inženirskih objektov, z uporabo še neuveljavljenega koncepta GeoBIM. Izraz GeoBIM se uporablja za delo na področju povezovanja rešitev geografskih informacijskih sistemov (GIS) in informacijskega modeliranja zgradb (BIM). GIS je že uveljavljen sistem za delo z georeferenciranimi prostorskimi podatki, medtem ko se BIM uveljavlja kot vodilni koncept na področju sistematične digitalizacije gradbeništva in projektiranja. Cilj naloge je bil preučiti možnosti informacijske medopravilnosti s poudarkom na vključitvi georeferenciranih (geodetskih) podatkov v procese ostalih strok in možnostih uporabe podatkov BIM v geodeziji. Identifikacijo priložnosti smo izvedli s pregledom literature, kjer smo za namene naše naloge opredelili ključne faze procesa gradnje, predstavili ključne vsebine za razumevanje koncepta GeoBIM ter pregledali možnosti uporabe rešitev tujih študij s področja GeoBIM. Ugotovili smo, da je ena izmed ključnih težav zagotavljanje prenosa podatkov, ter da je pretvorba med formati zapisov v okoljih BIM in GIS, kjer se uveljavljajo zapisi podatkov v skladu s standardoma IFC in CityGML, eden izmed pomembnejših izzivov, zaradi česar smo jo izvedli tudi sami. Slednja nam je povzročala precej težav in ni ponudila pričakovanih rezultatov. Zanimalo nas je tudi poznavanje koncepta GeoBIM v Sloveniji, kar smo izvedli na podlagi odgovorov vprašalnika, posredovanega strokovnjakom s področij procesa gradnje. Ugotavljamo, da je prepoznan potencial GeoBIM in na podlagi izvedene raziskave v zaključku predstavljamo možnosti uporabe koncepta GeoBIM v procesu gradnje v Sloveniji. This master's thesis looks at the possibilities of how GeoBIM concept can be used to connect different professions associated with the design and construction process. Term GeoBIM is used to describe ongoing work related to integration of geographic information systems (GIS) and building information modeling (BIM). The first one has already been introduced as the solution to work with georeferenced (geodetic) data while BIM is an emerging approach as the leading solution in the design and construction process, which is a part of the undergoing systematic digitalization in Slovenia. The aim of this thesis has been to study the information interoperability between “BIM” and “GIS” world with the emphasis on the inclusion of geo-referenced (geodetic) data in the workflows of other professions and vice versa. The overview of literature showed opportunities of using GeoBIM, where main phases of design and construction process have been introduced and key elements for understanding the concept of GeoBIM based on foreign studies have been provided. We identified data interoperability as one of the key challenges in connecting “BIM” and “GIS” and decided to transform IFC models to CityGML models. This conversion was chosen based on the potential that was shown in foreign studies but turned out to be very complex and it didn’t produce the expected results. Additionally, state of GeoBIM concept in Slovenia was determined based on the questionnaire responses received from experts in the field of construction process. We concluded, that a potential of GeoBIM concept is recognized in Slovenia and in the discussion. Based on literature review and results of the questionnaire, the possibilities of introducing GeoBIM concept in Slovenian design and construction process have been outlined. |
