Evropska unija z direktivo 2006/42/ES o strojih ureja varnost strojev in zahteva od proizvajalcev, da so stroji, ki jih izdelujejo na skupnem trgu, varni za uporabo. Kako doseči zahteve direktiv in upoštevanje harmoniziranih standardov v sami direktivi ni točno predstavljeno. V prvem delu magistrske naloge so opisane bistvene zahteve Strojne direktive, njena povezava z nacionalnim pravnim sistemom in evropski sistem za odkrivanje nevarnih produktov. Na primeru stroja za lepljenje magnetov smo prikazali, implementacijo Strojne direktive pri zasnovi stroja v kateri predstavimo kako izdelati opis stroja, oceno tveganja, seznam uporabljenih standardov, navodila za uporabo, postopek za ugotavljanje skladnosti, ES izjavo in CE oznako na stroju. Vsa ta poglavja so del tehnične mape stroja s katero izkazujemo skladnost stroja z direktivo. Poleg tega je prikazana vpeljava harmoniziranih standardov ISO 12100, ISO 13849-1, pri izdelavi ocene tveganja. Za lažjo izdelavo tehnične mape smo izdelali preglednice in diagrame, ki olajšajo in pospešijo proces vpeljave direktive brez poznavanja same direktive o strojih. With the Machine directive 2006/42/ES, the European Union regulates the field of machine safety and demands that the products placed on the common European market by the producers are safe for users. The directive itself does not specify how to achieve its demands and the demands of harmonised standards. Its basic demands are presented in the first part of this Master's thesis, where we also outline its connection to the national legal system and the European mechanism for discovering potentially unsafe products. We present the implementation of the directive on the case of our machine for gluing magnets, where we demonstrate how to write the machine’s description, risk assessment, provide a list of the standards used, user’s manual, describe the process to ensure compliance, ES statement and CE marking. All the chapters in this part of the thesis are a part of machine’s technical file that provides a proof of compliance with the directive. We also present the use of harmonised standards ISO 12100, ISO 13849-1 when making risk assessment. We constructed tables and diagrams to facilitate and accelerate making of the technical file, even without the knowledge of the Machine directive.
