In the light of the establishment of a new working group on climate change and human rights of the Netherlands Network of Human Rights Research, this blogpost illustrates the tension between two interests in Norway in times of climates change: on the one hand, an efficient energy transition and, on the other hand, the protection of human rights of the Sámi, the Indigenous people living in Norway.
