What a great news to share! It is with pleasure to inform you that the Government of Iceland has approved convening a Global Faith for Earth Conference “Faith Action for Nature” during the first week of October 2020. This will mobilize faith actors’ contribution to the fifth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA5) and in support of the Faith for Earth Coalition. The hybrid conference will have a limited in-person high level segment in Iceland and a digital global conference extending to all regions of the world. The Ice team and Faith for Earth are working on the details, concept, agenda, participation, and modality of the global and regional components.
