Anastasia Temkina is a Russian international student at UNCG. She was born June,16, 1994, in Arkhangelsk, Russia. Ms. Temkina graduated with a BA in Library and Information Studies from Saint-Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts in 2015, before attending UNCG. Ms. Temkina is majoring in Anthropology and Archaeology, with a minor in Classical Studies. Ms. Temkina discusses growing up in Russia, learning English, comparisons of America and Russia, student life, being an international student, US/Russia relations, and her thoughts on what UNCG means to her.
