La brecha salarial entre mujeres y hombres existente en España se sitúa entre un 14,9 y un 35 % (difiriendo según la forma en la que se calcula). El problema es evidente y el debate está abierto. En este artículo proponemos medidas concretas para abordarlo, tomando como punto de partida y ejemplo las adoptadas en Francia, Alemania e Islandia.
