Zusammenfassung in deutscher Sprache Abweichender Titel nach Übersetzung der Verfasserin/des Verfassers Inndyr ist ein Ort in der Kommune Gildeskål im dünn besiedelten Norden Norwegens. Ein altes Warenhaus und ein Wohnhaus im Hafen, jeweils zentral gelegen, haben aufgrund ihrer veralteten und maroden Bausubstanz keinen Verwendungszweck mehr für die Gemeinde und den Bauherren. Inndyr rechnet mit einer wachsenden Bevölkerung und möchte daher mit innovativen Konzepten den Ort in die Zukunft führen. Aus diesem Grund wird ein Neubau mit Wohneinheiten und einem Freiwilligenzentrum angestrebt, wodurch auf einem prominenten Grundstück, ein gleichermaßen öffentlicher, wie auch integrativer Ort verwirklicht werden soll.Eine eingehende Analyse der norwegischen Bautradition, Siedlungsstruktur, Bevölkerungsdynamik, Mobilität bis hin zur Topografie, dient als Grundlage für die Entwicklung des Neubaus. Die Positionierung im örtlichen Kontext erfolgt durch eine detaillierte Auseinandersetzung mit dem Bauplatz und der Umgebung.Hauptteil der Arbeit ist die planerische und visuelle Darstellung des Neubaus. Dieser soll sowohl in die hiesige Bautradition eingebettet sein als auch jenen zukunftsorientierten Charakter Inndyr‘s verkörpern. Inndyr is a village in the municipality of Gildeskål in the sparsely populated north of Norway. An old warehouse and a residential house in the harbour, both centrally located, no longer have any use for the municipality and the owner due to their outdated function and outdated building structure. Inndyr expects a growing population and therefore wants to lead the village into the future with innovative concepts. For this reason, a new building with housing units and a volunteer centre is being planned. It should create an equally public and integrative place on the prominent site. A detailed analysis of the Norwegian building tradition, settlement structure, population dynamics, mobility and topography will serve as a basis for the development of the new building. The positioning in the local context is achieved through a detailed examination of the building site and the surroundings. The main part of the work is the planning and visual presentation of the new building. This should be embedded in the local building tradition as well as embody the future-oriented character of Inndyr. 180
