Le projet de restructuration de l’îlot Pasteur par la SedD concerne une grande partie du tissu urbain actuel délimité par la Grande Rue, la rue Claude Pouillet, la rue du Lycée et la rue du Loup. Au cœur de cet îlot, un parking souterrain cylindrique de 55 m de diamètre doit atteindre 20 m de profondeur. C’est dans le périmètre du projet du parking qu’a été prescrit le diagnostic.
