Summary:the objective of this article is to measure the historical development of the concept of «indigenous peoples» in Russian law in order to identify and trace the issues related to the identity of the indigenous peoples of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), one of the federated entities in the Russian Federation. L’objectif de cet article est de mesurer l’évolution historique du concept de « peuples autochtones » dans le droit russe afin d’identifier et de retracer les enjeux liés à l’identité des peuples autochtones de la République Sakha (Iakoutie), l’une des entités fédérées de la Fédération de Russie.
